- Shipping method:
Free shipping. Orders are processed the following business day via DHL Express. The delivery time is 2 business days for Spain and 3-6 business days for the rest of Europe. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
Orders include 21% VAT charge. Prices in the online shop include VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying this tax (except in Spain). To proceed with a VAT exempt order, please send an e-mail to info@totemcams.com and provide all order and company information including a valid VAT number. We will provide instructions for a wire transfer or credit card payment.
USA
- Shipping method:
Free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed the following business day via DHL Express, Duties and Taxes paid. The delivery time is 3-4 business days. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
Orders are VAT exempt and the customer will not have to pay anything on delivery. The shipment arrives with customs duties and taxes paid.
CANADA
- Shipping method:
Free shipping on orders over C$200. C$30 flat shipping rate on orders below C$200. Orders are processed the following business day via DHL Express, Duties and Taxes paid. The delivery time is 3-4 business days. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
Orders are VAT exempt and the customer will not have to pay anything on delivery. The shipment arrives with customs duties and taxes paid.

Free shipping on orders over €100. €15 flat shipping rate on orders below €100. Orders are processed the following business day via registered mail service. The delivery time is 5-20 business days. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
