EUROPEAN UNION
- Shipping method and costs:
Free shipping. Orders are processed the following business day. On the Cart and Checkout pages you can check the delivery time corresponding to your country. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
Prices include the VAT rate applicable in the destination country. Customers with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying VAT (except in Spain). To place a VAT-exempt order, send an email to info@totemcams.com with all the order information, including the company’s VAT number. We will provide instructions for payment by bank transfer or card.
OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION
- Shipping method and costs:
The shipping method and costs depend on the destination country and the amount of the order. On the Cart and Order pages you can check which method, cost and delivery time apply to your country and order amount. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
We do not charge any Spanish or European taxes. At the time of purchase, you will see the shipping terms, which may be:

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP):

This means that you will not have to pay anything upon delivery. Duties and taxes will be paid by Totem MT.

Delivered-at-Place (DAP):

This means that duties and taxes are NOT paid. You will be responsible for covering those costs.

In the event that the customer refuses to accept delivery of the order due to the failure to assume import charges (including but not limited to duties, taxes, or customs fees), Totem MT reserves the right to deduct from the corresponding refund any shipping and return costs incurred.
