EUROPEAN UNION
- Shipping method and costs:
Free shipping. Orders are processed the following business day. On the Cart and Checkout pages you can check the delivery time corresponding to your country. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
Prices include the VAT rate applicable in the destination country. Customers with a valid VAT number are exempt from paying VAT (except in Spain). To place a VAT-exempt order, send an email to info@totemcams.com with all the order information, including the company’s VAT number. We will provide instructions for payment by bank transfer or card.
OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION
- Shipping method and costs:
The shipping method and costs depend on the destination country and the amount of the order. On the Cart and Order pages you can check which method, cost and delivery time apply to your country and order amount. We cannot ship to PO boxes!
- Tax payable:
We do not charge any Spanish or European taxes. At the time of purchase and select your country, you will see the legend Delivery Duty Paid which means that you will not have to pay anything on delivery, except for the US, where the Delivered-at-Place (DAP) label means that for all shipments to this destination, customs duties and taxes will be charged to the customer.
